Welcome

My creative work is rooted in collaboration – with people, with places, with the living world.  This enables me to create strategies, artworks, experiences and spaces that make connection, creativity, growth and change tangible and meaningful. Meeting the elements present where I am as an artist enables me to converse with and learn from what is found which shapes everything that I create & contribute to the environments I am present in. Relationships grow through sharing and this is a thread of exploration is what I create. My practice grows from the soil of new understanding and extends to a layer of creation that invites people to experience what has been found through immersive spaces and experiences.

I am an American multi-discipline visual and participatory artist, art education specialist, permaculture designer and cultural engagement consultant with roots in the UK & US. I shape and activate creative projects in the Northwest in a variety of community, cultural and educational settings. I love to create welcoming, inspiring and transformative spaces, resources and experiences and I’ve been able to do this for thousands of people to explore over my 25-year career, working both within cultural organizations in strategic roles and in hands-on artistic roles as a freelance consultant.
